One of our favorite things about Fall is the change in colors. The leaves start to turn and everything is sort of overtaken by warm, golden hues. Makes us want to curl up with a nice cup of tea, or a pumpkin spice latte, and enjoy the crisp air. It’s also a kind reminder that berry season is nearly done, so before it leaves us for good, here’s one last salad recipe filled with delicious figs and red and golden raspberries, perfect for gently welcoming fall.

We chose to serve this beauty in our Braid Salad Bowl, but any will work and we have a variety to choose from. Here’s what you’ll need for our Fig and Berry Salad:

  • Arugula
  • 6-8 Figs (more or less depending on preference)
  • Red Raspberries
  • Golden Raspberries
  • 3/4 Cup of Walnuts
  • Goat Cheese
  • Vinaigrette

First, wash the arugula, spin dry and add to your bowl. Wash and cut the figs in halves, or quarters, and add to the arugula. Next, mix in both raspberries, walnuts and crumbled goat cheese. Dress with your favorite vinaigrette – we like something simple here to really let those berry flavors shine – and you’re good to go.
